Docker Help - Django- Memcached Quick Setting fix - Upwork

I am trying to learn how to use Docker with Django. I currently have a tiny django project, who uses memcache. When I try to run my django app through Docker, my memcache doesnt work because I dont know how to create the proper DockerFile to use port 11211 for my memcache.

If you know Docker, Django and memcache, this should be a pretty quick fix for you.

Please open the file below, you will find my Django project, code, requirements.txt file, some DockerFile (which is not properly working...)

I am trying to run my Django project through  this command:
Terminal> docker run -it -p 8000:8000 obkio/dockerizing-django

In your browser: use this url to see the test django app:
Browser: http://127.0.0.1:8000/data/piscines

If the page loads and you see some data... Then it works... If you dont see data... this means that the memcached is not working (That is the problem to fix)

I will consider the job done when... http://127.0.0.1:8000/data/piscines list some data...
You can directly update the Dockerfile as you will.
